はじめに

本プライバシーポリシーは、visionOS アプリ「Envideo」(以下「本アプリ」) における利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

本アプリは、開発者が利用者の個人情報を収集・送信・保存することはありません。 アカウント登録は不要で、アクセス解析ツールや広告 SDK も使用していません。開発者が運営するサーバーも存在しません。

端末内にのみ保存される情報

本アプリは、機能の提供のために以下の情報をお使いのデバイス内にのみ保存します。これらが外部に送信されることはありません。

動画の視聴履歴(ローカルファイルへの参照、写真ライブラリ項目の識別子、YouTube 動画 ID)
各動画の再生位置と長さ(続きから再生するため)
シアター内の座席設定
アプリ内課金の購入状態

これらの情報は、アプリを削除するとデバイスから削除されます。

写真ライブラリへのアクセス

写真ライブラリ内の動画を再生する機能を使う場合、システムの許可ダイアログを通じてアクセス許可をお願いします。アクセスは選択された動画の再生とサムネイル表示のみに使用され、写真や動画が外部に送信されることはありません。許可は「設定」アプリからいつでも変更できます。

ファイルへのアクセス

ローカル動画の再生には、利用者がファイルピッカーで明示的に選択したファイルのみを使用します。

YouTube の再生について

本アプリの YouTube 再生機能は、YouTube (Google) の埋め込みプレイヤーおよびウェブサイトを利用します。これらの利用時には Google による情報収集(Cookie 等)が行われる場合があり、Google プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。また、動画タイトルの取得のために動画 ID を YouTube のサーバーに送信しますが、これに個人情報は含まれません。

バージョン確認について

起動時に、サポート対象の最小バージョンを確認するため、GitHub Pages 上に公開された静的な設定ファイル(バージョン番号のみを含む)を取得します。この通信で個人情報を送信することはありません。

アプリ内課金

アプリ内課金の決済はすべて Apple によって処理されます。開発者がクレジットカード情報などの決済情報にアクセスすることはありません。購入状態の確認はデバイス上の StoreKit を通じて行われます。

第三者への提供

開発者は利用者の情報を収集していないため、第三者に提供することもありません。

子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもを含むいかなる利用者からも個人情報を収集しません。

本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、アプリの機能追加などに伴い改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて告知します。

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the visionOS app “Envideo” (the “App”) handles user information.

The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. No account is required, and the App contains no analytics tools or advertising SDKs. The developer operates no servers.

Data Stored Only on Your Device

To provide its features, the App stores the following information only on your device. None of it is ever transmitted externally:

Video watch history (references to local files, Photos library item identifiers, YouTube video IDs)
Playback position and duration for each video (to resume playback)
Your seat preference in the theater
In-app purchase status

This information is removed from your device when you delete the App.

Photos Library Access

If you use the feature to play videos from your Photos library, the App asks for permission via the system dialog. Access is used solely to play the videos you select and to display their thumbnails. Your photos and videos are never transmitted externally. You can change this permission at any time in the Settings app.

File Access

For local video playback, the App accesses only the files you explicitly select with the file picker.

YouTube Playback

The App’s YouTube feature uses YouTube’s (Google’s) embedded player and website. When you use it, Google may collect information (such as cookies), and the Google Privacy Policy applies. The App also sends video IDs to YouTube’s servers to fetch video titles; this includes no personal information.

Version Check

On launch, the App fetches a static configuration file (containing only a version number) hosted on GitHub Pages to determine the minimum supported version. No personal information is transmitted in this request.

In-App Purchases

All payments are processed by Apple. The developer never has access to your payment details. Purchase status is verified on-device through StoreKit.

Since the developer collects no user information, nothing is shared with third parties.

Children’s Privacy

The App does not collect personal information from any user, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as the App evolves. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
